 2.  Make sure you filled up Order Form correctly especially your contact numbers and shipping address. Any errors to your order forms might cause delay in processing. It is not our fault if your item(s) will be delayed in case you filled up any fields incorrectly.

 3. For all those who send messages and inquire through ym and text messages, please allow 24 hours for us to reply. I will reply as soon as I am able but there are times where I get really busy and caught up with other obligations like taking product pictures, editing, updating the site, packing & preparing orders, and contacting buyers. But rest assure that I will always reply to all the messages you posted. Just please be PATIENT!

4. Strictly NO HAGGLING! Bogus buyers will be posted under our BOGUS BUYER ALBUM and we will publish all your details for everyone to see.

5. All prices [retail/wholesale] plotted online are final.

6.  No RETURN, No EXCHANGE POLICY. If in the event proven that there is a damage within 2 days(48 hrs) only from the day you receive the item(s) we will be glad to exchange it.

7. We do not refund payment,  you can just change them.

9. Only way to order and get the item(s) is through placing orders online or visit our shop.

10. Once you submitted your order form and made the payment, all orders are then final even if I haven't shipped the item(s). The fact that you have sent the payment to us means both sides had an agreement.

11.Once we sent you your invoice, you are obliged to pay the item within the given time (24-48 hours). Failure of paying those items will cancel your item(s) and banned you from ordering again.

 FOR CEBU CITY BUYERS: Please visit and pick up your item/s at our shop. We are located at the 2nd level of JCA COMPLEX (best known as JCA PIZZA LAHUG), Salinas Drive, Lahug Cebu City
Store Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday) / 10:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday)

SAME DAY SHIPPING:Due to busy schedule, please be advise that we do not honor same day shipping. We always shipped items 24-48 hrs after payment confirmation.

COURIER: We ship our items via JRS Express, Air 21 or LBC.  But if you are purchasing in bulk, we will be glad to have it sent via AP CARGO. Once the packages has already been forwarded to the courier, we no longer have the control as to when is the exact date and time your packages will be delivered to you. We do not hold any liability if there will be possible delays on your packages. We can only help you track your packages.

SHIPPING FEE: Buyers must shoulder the courier fee, except if it's included that shipping is free. Rates will depend on your location and weight of items. We will provide the shipping rate once order form has been submitted. For bulk orders we request courier to do freight collect.
