Looking for BPO business partner transaction DONE Philippines

Project under negotiation stage

We are a BPO company looking for Manila expansion for 40 seats with 3 years contract with Hongkong/Canadian company client. We are currently looking for business partners to invest and operate in Manila.

Eyeview of project expansion:

. The initial project are "Appointments for Home and Office security systems" and "Insurance"

. Preferred partner with existing computer shop with at least 20 units up with good working facilities and good location (accessible for agents)

preferred areas are Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati and San Juan.

. Investment share is between 100 to 500 thousand per business partner (limited to 4 partners only)

Share will be spend for computers and network, office space, dsl connection, rental deposits, permits and licenses.

Other operating expense such as market leads, dialer, systems and administration are provided by the client portal.

The set up uses VOIP, no need for telephony eg. Avaya

. Net profit will be shared accordingly

. Price charge sample only:

Client pays 3USD per hour / per agent

Estimated Revenue per month is 19,200USD less OPEX

estimated net income after tax is 5,000USD
