3. The Retailer receives the text message from Subdealer
You are now a Retailer of 639*********. Your password is 123456. To change password,
 type- Changepw<space>123456<space><6-digit password>,send to
LoadCentral access # 09229990214

Using Loadcentral Webtool  visit  www.loadcentral.net

To unlock your webtool account, please send text message with the following format using your registered retailer number,
UNLOCK<space><your FL or SL password>
then send to LoadCentral access #.
For retailers who were trying to use the webtool for the first time, please use the default SL password (123456) when unlock your webtool account.
