IN-HOUSE - The customer will bring their copier in our Service Center for maintainance and repairs, the advantage of this is, 98% of the copier brought here will be repaired within that day, this is due to Readily Available of copier parts in the Shop. Also, we only charge you with Minimum Service Fees.
3. OVER THE PHONE - As much as possible we wanted every copier problem you will encounter be done through a call (Landline/mobile). This will actually save you TIME and MONEY, that is why we encourage our clients to have our Crash course on "copier Basic Technical Training" (this is FREE by the way), this is to familiarize the parts and technicality of the copier, and this will result in better real time communication with technical personel through the phone.
