Yes rent lang talaga. Kailangan lang marunong ka mag-alaga ng tao. Bigyan mo groceries pag x'mas. Kaya nagagamit o nauubusan ng puhunan kasi naipapadala sa parents sa probinsya minsan. Kung tapos na magbayad sayo ng puhunan walang masamang magpahiram uli. Yung vendor ko nangungupahan sarili pa nyang kwarto. Yung isa naman may inuuwian talaga. Dun ako sa brand new, ok lang bumili second hand pero siguruhin mo matibay like yung mga gulong ng carts makakapal talaga. Madali lang yang ganyang n egosyo maliit pa ang ilalabas mong puhunan kesa malaking puhunan na pag natalo ka eh "laslas-pulso" ang kasunod joke hahaha
