PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Job Objective:

Responsible for all sales activities, lead generation, develops and implements marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas.
Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager.
Complete understanding of pricing and projects.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing sales.
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telemarketing, Internet selling (email and chatting) and business owners
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospective clients for follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four year course from any reputable university.
- Driven, Passionate and has excellent interpersonal skills.
- Male or Female at least 19 - 30 years old.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
   OR 2 year course or vocational graduate with 1year real estate sales experience.
- Available for immediate hiring.
- With pleasing personality.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

- Starting monthly allowance of 12k to 18k

- 3% commission per unit sale. ( Estimated at 30T per 1M )
- Marketing support ( vehicle, training, exhibits, promos )
