Transactions are not only done in our store by paying cash on hand and picking the items up. We also use different medium for shipping. It is shipped through whatever the customers' prefer or whatever is available (customers shoulder the delivery fee). Through bus, by cargos or freight forwarders, etc.

PAYMENTS
Payments are usually done through cash deposit in our bank accounts. Process will be,
ORDER->PAYMENT->DELIVERY
We take orders first, then check for its availability.
Whenver those are available, we calculate the total amount purchased plus the shipping fee.
Deposit/send payments while our sales person preparing(checking,packing) all the items.
Delivery or shipment is usually done the day after the payment. But in case payment made earlier
