Yes there are hearings because it is legit, 100% approved unless you are found to present fraudulent evidence, if it's not complicated there will only be two (2) hearings, your testimony and the psychiatrist's, 6 - 9 months processing. Payment is cash basis.

you mean with the two hearing's that one is my testimony and the other is a psychiatrist's there will be no hearing that requires me and my ex to "confront" each other and defend one's side - you know the kind of like drama in the movies?

Yna, ikaw ba nasa pic, ang ganda mo pala! Anyway, US based ako and my ex-wife has been pushing and selling shabu with her bf (pusher also). Her mom, auntie, cousin and the yaya of my kids knows. They are the ones who finally told me (after years of her doing this). I came home last month (oct) to get my kids and yaya and moved them out and got them situated in a now healthy environment. My ex-wife says she will not sign anything. Can this procedure still go through in my favor? She is also scheduled to be admitted to a rehab.

My girlfriend here in China has a married certificate in Quezon City which I found out in NSO because I've got one copy of mine which is FREE AND SAYS SINGLE while her's has a STAMP OF QUEZON CITY
and SAYS SHE'S MARRIED DATED DECEMBER 2004 and REALLY BEARS HER SIGNATURE.
When I asked her (MY GF) she just told me that her BF before APPLIED for MARRIAGE APPLICATION and she or they don't have any ceremony at the JUDGE.
She (MY GF)just wondered how it happened, where there's no OFFICIAL WEDDING CEREMONY and HOW IT HAPPENED THAT SHE HAS NOW A FILED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE WITH HER FORMER BOYFRIEND?
Is this a possible for ANNUALMENT? They don't have any COMMUNICATION FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS (MY GF and her former BF). Can you give me some solicited advise what to do?
