Tootooz & Shooz (originally ChiC Stop Shop) originated from importing ladies apparel. Now, we just opened our pettiskirts' line for girls ages 3 months 'til Teens! Who says princesses aren’t made? You can dress up your princesses for the most reasonable price. We provide fashionista Moms the comfort of shopping for their babies from home. We have a wide variety of baby items from pettiskirts and pettitops that you can mix and match to branded baby shoes!

Products are all imported. For shoes that are not on-hand, pre-order takes 5-8 days from cut off date to get from factory. Baby shoes’ stocks changes every 2-3 days so please understand that your design of choice might get out of stock before the cut off date. You may provide at least 2 options in case your choice/s gets out of stock. Please allow 2 days to verify with the manufacturer if an item is available. 

Pettiskirts need lead time of 2-3 weeks for custom-made unless stated available and ready to be shipped. We don’t accept rush orders on peak season or holidays for custom made. Some items may take for only 3-7 days to finish depending on the availability of materials/fabric. 

50% DOWN PAYMENT is required for reservations. All orders will only be processed once payment (full or partial) is made. You may send me a PM (Private Message) to confirm orders and fill out the order form once you are 100% sure of your purchase. Kindly settle full or partial payment within 2 business days after orders are confirmed to avoid cancellation. Down payments are NON-refundable unless stated otherwise by the seller. Please be reminded that all reservations unconfirmed and reserved for more than two days may be cancelled with no further notice. 

Once a "promise-to-pay" has been made and wasn't able to comply on the promised date of payment, orders will automatically be cancelled unless the items has already been reserved with a 50% deposit.

Please be reminded that you may place your order/s if you are more than willing to wait since these are pre-orders and custom made items which need lead time of 1-3 weeks. Most importantly, we don't have control over international and local courier delays! 

Seller is NOT responsible for any damage/loss from courier's mishandling. Shoes do not come in boxes so there might be instances that shoes will be a bit pressed from courier handling. 

Be reminded that the color on some of the photos posted might be slightly different in-person due to lightning/camera resolution.

No-return-no-exchange policy applies so please make sure of the sizes before placing an order. We inspect all items before we deliver for any possible damage so we NEVER send out damaged items.

Full payment for On-Hand (ready to be shipped) item is required.

Shipping fee is not included on the items’ regular price, unless stated otherwise by Tootooz & Shooz.
