A. Limited warranty All items are fully protected against manufacture defects for the stated period and, if found factory defective, a free replacement is granted within the first 48 hours after purchase. Certain items such as electronics will have longer warranty terms (6 months or 1 year) specified in the product page. For electronic items, service warranty covers the free repair if it is confirmed by our technicians to be a factory defect. Warranty will be completely void if the user himself opens the units or allows a third party to do so. There is NO coverage for abuse or misuse of the items. Examples of abuse and/or misuse include but are not limited to liquid spillage, immersion, fall, unauthorized disassemble, scratches caused by wear and use, etc. All malfunctions resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, exposure to dust, humidity, dirt, sand, water, dropping or shock of any kind will not be covered by this warranty.
