• Corner and end lots have bigger areas and thus higher price depending on the size of the lot ( by 10% or more).
• Every block has different prices  and price subject to location eg higher for lots facing east, main road and near entrance.

 TERMS AND CONDITION:

• Reservation fee, downpayments and amortizations are NOT refundable.  
• But it is transferable to another person or unit provided under same agent and developer. Transfer Fee: Php3,000.00.
• If downpayment is paid in cash, 7.5% discount apply base on net downpayment.
• If total contract price is paid in full cash within 7days, you have 10% discount base on the net selling price.
• Docs requirements for loan financing must be submitted within 60 days.
