Note: SMART loads validity will follow the PLDT load validity when loaded to a PLDT Landline Plus Prepaid number.

Your load will be automatically be stored in your E-wallet.

What is an E-wallet?

Your PLDT Landline Plus Prepaid comes with a built-in electronic wallet which stores all your e-loads. Everytime you make a transaction, funds are deducted from your E-wallet based on the published rates.

Load balance is not cumulative.

·Each load residing in the e-wallet will expire based on its individual validity date.

·Once load is used to fund the monthly plan, original load expiration date is invalidated.

How to Reload

1. Go to any SMARTLoad or PLDTLoad or wimax retailer/dealer

2. For Metro Manila PLDT Landline Plus Prepaid

Ask the retailer to load to this number : 0632 + your 7-digit PLDT Landline Plus Prepaid number

Example: 0632 + 8120471

For provincial PLDTLandline Plus Prepaid:

Ask the retailer to load to this numbeer : 63 + 2-digit area code + your 7-digit PLDTLandline Plus Prepaid number

Example: For calling a Cebu based number, just dial63 + 32 + 8120471

3. Ask the retailer to show you the confirmation message on his cellphone.

4. Your PLDT Landline Plus Prepaid will also receive a text confirming receipt of load.(coming soon}

Subscribing To a Monthly Plan

To register for Plan P300 :

Make sure there is at  least P300 in your e-wallet (You can e-load  any additional amount needed).

To register for Plan P600 :

Make sure there is at  least P600 in your e-wallet (You can e-load  any additional amount needed).

Dial  # 101*600

A voice prompt will confirm your registration package and its validity. You will then hear the following voice prompt. “ You have successfully registered to MSF package______ which will expire on ________________ Thank you.”

How Does the System Work?

1. Subscriber loads e-wallet.

2. Subscriber register for a plan.

3. The system checks if your e-wallet has enough to fund your subscribed monthly plan.

Notes on your Subscription

·You don’t need to register every month. The system automatically grabs funds from your e- wallet every 31^st day, based on your last subscribed plan.

·You have the option to change plans for the next month anytime before your current plan expires by dialing :

·Changes in your plan will be reflected on the following month.

·Once the current subscription expires, the system will automatically switch you to the newly requested plan on the 1^st day following your previous 30-day subscription.

·Only one-subscriber initiated registration will be allowed within a 30-day period. The last registration will be followed.

·Outgoing calls and text messages and other services cannot be performed without a valid monthly plan.

· To activate your pldt landline plus prepaid sim, simply insert sim card into the sim slot of your handset.

· Your pldt landline plus sim comes with a P50 pre-load value so you can use it instantly.

· When starting up, you have 2 options:

Option 1:

You can choose to try out your pldt landline plus prepaid by availing of the one-time only plan P50

Just dial #101*50and enjoy the ff:

·Get 5 days of unlimited incoming calls with 25 mins free local calls

·Load as low as P30 to make outgoing texts or other transactions

·Outgoing rates are based on plan 300

Option 2:

You may subscribe to a 30-day plan immediately .Just load an additional amounton top of the P50 pre-load and register for your desired plan:

DAY 1-30: Active

- You can reactivate anytime by loading
- System will check your e-wallet daily if you have enough load to fund your last subscribed plan.

DAY 60-120: Reloading and Re-registration
- No incoming or outgoing calls and text.
- Subscriber can re-activate anytime in 2 easy steps:
1.) Load your e-wallet with P300 or P600
2.) Key-in your desired monthly plan.

NOTE: The SIM will be deactivated 180 days after the last plan expiry.
