WARRANTY AGREEMENT

IF the gadget encounters a defect (defective materials o production faults) during the warranty period, "QPS" QUIAPOPHOTOSUPPLIER will repair the unit free of service charge. Parts are not included. The customer shoulders the cost of parts and any possible incidential cost (i.e. mail, transportation, insurance & other incidential charges) associated with shipping the product.
The warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent repair or replacement of the product. However, repaired parts will still be warranted by the manufacturer.
This warranty does NOT cover any of the following:
*Defects or malfunctions arising from improper care, misuse or abuse of the products, normal wear and tear, witful damage, negligence by the user or third party,use otherwise than as recomended by the manufacture, or failure to follow instructions contained in the manual provided.
*Damage caused by sand/dust, water or battery leakage, or accedents/events caused by natural calamities (such as flood, riots, fire, strikes, etc.).
