Fungus Agriculture and Technologies has 9.3ha mushroom plantation for Oyster Mushrooms in Concepcion, Tarlac. Availability of fresh mushrooms should be on Nov 15, 2012. We have the capacity to produce 20,000 kgs of mushrooms everyday. Ten Thousand (10,000) kilograms are already allocated to one client. We still have 10,000 kgs to distribute for hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and catering services.
