Responsibilities:

You will give accurate information to give support to customers’ questions and concerns over the phone. Our U.S.clients will be calling you to clarify functions or accounts details about their Digital Television subscription.

Requirements:

-       Have studied at least 2 years in college

-       Has experience with troubleshooting computers.

-       Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. These programs include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, BCM, Publisher, Vista Mail, and Outlook Express.

-       Have at least 6 months technical support experience.

Candidates must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime. They also must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in Eastwood, Libis
