A. Basic Requirements (upon reservation, the following documents must be submitted

IMPORTANT

1. A member applying for loan with HDMF (Pag-IBIG) must be of good standing (his/her employer is regularly remitting contributions to Pag-IBIG or (HDMF).

2. A member applying for loan with HDMF must have atleast total of 24 months contribution. (If the intention is instatnt membership, the buyer must indicate date of submission of copy of lump sum payment receipt which should not be later than Ten (10) days from reservation date, otherwise reservation shall not be accepted or shall be deemed cancelled if the prescribed submission date is not met.).
