A. Basic Requirements (upon reservation, the following documents must be submitted 1.) For Employed RA/BIS and a copy of recent (1) month payslip. 2.) For Self-Employed RA/BIS and copy of audited Financial Statement (FS) and Income Tax Return (ITR). (If these are not available at the time of reservation, client is given Fifteen (15) days from reservation date to submit said documents,otherwise reservation is subject for cancellation. 3.) For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) RA/BIS and copy of job contract IMPORTANT 1. A member applying for loan with HDMF (Pag-IBIG) must be of good standing (his/her employer is regularly remitting contributions to Pag-IBIG or (HDMF). 2. A member applying for loan with HDMF must have atleast total of 24 months contribution. (If the intention is instatnt membership, the buyer must indicate date of submission of copy of lump sum payment receipt which should not be later than Ten (10) days from reservation date, otherwise reservation shall not be accepted or shall be deemed cancelled if the prescribed submission date is not met.). 3. It is therefore strongly suggested that clients must secure the above required documents prior to reservation so as not to waste their reservation fees.
