Responsibilities:

Your primary job is to respond to customers’ calls via phone and to attend to their queries and concerns by utilizing software and hardware tools. Also, it is your task to identify and diagnose technical problems and other factors affecting customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Are 18 yrs. old and above.
• Are a fresh graduate or completed at least 2 years in college in any field.
• Conversant with good listening and responding skills.
• Have above average typing skills.
• Are courteous with strong customer service orientation.

Candidates must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime. They also must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in Quezon City
