PRESTIGE is a company that offers and provides on-call, leave-out housekeeping personnel to various households, most especially condominium units, throughout Metro Manila. Most urban dwellers prefer PRESTIGE on-call home cleaning over the traditional stay-in hiring of housemaids for the following reasons:

 
1. SAFER - On-call PRESTIGE housekeepers leave the units after cleaning, and the home cleaning is usually done in the presence of the owner, thus eliminating the risk of theft.  Our housekeepers are selected and hired using the highest standards of screening to ensure competency, honesty, and courtesy among our personnel. As additional security, PRESTIGE has insured up to P50,000 to cover breakages, damages, and loss.
2. ECONOMICAL - Unit owners call PRESTIGE housekeepers only when home cleaning is needed. There is no need to spend monthly on a stay-in housemaid. When calculated on a weekly/monthly cleaning, it is still cheaper to hire PRESTIGE. Plus the owner does not need to spend on a housemaid's food, utilities, etc.
3. EFFICIENT - PRESTIGE housekeepers are very well-trained in cleaning, unlike housemaids obtained from agencies or from rural areas. PRESTIGE invests in its manpower by providing training and development to ensure customer satisfaction.  PRESTIGE also uses only the best products and cleaning equipments to ensure optimum cleaning. No need to buy your own polishers and vacuums.
4. MORE PRIVACY - By hiring PRESTIGE housekeepers only when your house needs cleaning, you enjoy the privacy of your own home by yourself. No strangers live with you that needs sleeping and living space. It is thus highly recommended for dwellers of condominiums where space is limited.

Good morning! Thank you for posting a message to Prestige Urban Housekeeping.
For condo units, our cleaning rates are as posted here on our ads. They are determined based on the number of bedrooms / size of the unit.
For regular houses, we charge P10 per square meter.
So if yours is a residential house with more or less 100 sqm, that would be P1,000.
That would already include 2 housekeepers, as well as all necessary cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipments.
