                                (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

1. A reservation fee[50%] will bw required to ensure the specified schedule of the client. full payment shall be settled 30 minutes after the arrival at the resort.

2.Day session is from 8am up to 5pm.night session is from 6pm up to 6am or 7pm up to 7am. No extensions allowed unless permitted by the management.

3.The minimun number of person shall be_.In excess of which an additional fee of one hundred(100)pesos per person per session will be charge.children four years old and below are free of charge\

4.Changes in reservation may still entertained three(3)days the specified schedule.however,re-scheduling of reservation,subject to availability of the private pool resort on proper advice can still be entertained.cancellation of paid reservation  is non refundable.

5.In case of power failure or other incidents which will disable the owner from filling-up the swimming pool on the agreed lease date, the reservation fee will be refund without incurring  any liability.in case of power failure of the lease,the clients is obligated to pay half of contract price being considered perfected already.

6.The management is no responsible for any accidents,injury or losses to any of their belongings during the tenure of the lease.

7.Clients must properly observe the house rule.No horse playing, eating and drinking besides the pool and bedrooms.children must be accompanied by the adult all the time.Fire arms or any deadly weapons,illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

8.It is our standard procedure to check the items and equipment 30 minutes upon check out of the guest.items found missing or damage shall be charge to your account
