The entrance hall with crystallized floor tiles, winding stairs, elegant chandeliers, imported fabric curtains, quality furnishings, and furniture, will help create a warm and inviting environment. Sitting areas are comfortable and well lighted. Guests will also be able to enjoy outdoor seating, either at the poolside, gazebo or in the secluded backyard.

The place could be rented for pictorial. It is  highly photogenic with beautiful views  which is suitable for  pre-debut, pre-nuptial, and wedding pictorials.

Covered function area to accommodate 80 to 100 guests only , may be rented for 12 hours including set up and clean up (10am – 10pm),and enjoy the facilities and aminities such as:

    c) Php 10,000 - Airconditoned Function Room for meetings, seminars and other events: 50 pax only
