We will send the items after we have received the payment thru bank deposit (we require a copy of the deposit slip, you can send it to us thru email, yahoo messenger or private message here) your order will only be confirmed as paid after we have received a copy of the deposit slip and not the transaction no., after we have sent the items, a tracking no given by the shipping company will be sent to you thru email, yahoo messenger or private message. Once the tracking no has been sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the items to the shipping company.

Our delivery cut off time is 12pm, payment made after this will be sent to the courier the next day.

Reservation
we will only reserve the item(s) for you until 12pm of the next day only, if no payment was made within that span of time, the item will be offered to the other interested buyers.

If you made the payment after the given span of time and the item is already sold out, you can change it with another item or we can send your money back within the week and NOT within the day or the next day. We will only send refunds thru BDO and LBC. Transportation charge of P20 and remittance charge will be deducted to the amount to be refund.

Warranty

7 Days Warranty on all items, “No Warranty” is indicated on the items that has no warranty.

Warranty void if seal is broken

Item/s must be in its original and non damaged package with its complete accessories

The item/s will only be replaced with the same item/s of the same brand.

Replacement of defective item/s depends on the availability of the item/s.

Back and Forth shipping of item/s to be replaced will be shouldered by the buyer.

Damaged due to misuse or negligence is not covered by Warranty.

It is your responsibility to test the items once you have received it.
