Customer Service Representative for Finance

To qualify for this position, applicants must :

- have completed at least 3 years of college education
- have excellent English skills
- have at least 6 months of call center experience - preferred but not a strict requirement.
- be familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- be willing to work in Makati City
- Accounting, Brokerage and Financial background - an advantage but not required

Support Hours of the account are Monday - Friday, 8PM - 8AM.

8. Financial Associate for Financial Licensing

Responsibilities:

Financial Associates for Financial Licensing account will provide inbound support to financial advisors and third parties regarding licensing and registration policies for the client. They will also be requesting for licensing updates, changes and corrections. In addition, they will also receive requests for advisor change of business information.
