So I told myself WHAT THE HECK when will I purchase my own unit KAPAG NAGMURA SYA?(when price goes cheaper) But I know price will never go down. So I decided to purchase this ortigas condo because by just adding a few amount i now owned an ortigas condominiums for sale already! Now I am enjoying the benefit of not thinking of paying a monthly rent that goes into dust but I am investing on my own property which by the way have appraised its value for 2 times already for around 200k-300k. Very good investment indeed! I also like the amenities: sky deck, sky roof swimming pool and the safety of Barangay Kapitolyo community. I am now a certified kapitolyo pasig resident. |
