Project Concept

Bringing a new paradigm to the high-rise residential property landscape, premier real estate developer Robinsons Land Corporation continues to deliver innovations in the industry with its first residential project in Makati City. Signa Designer Residences is a joint venture between Robinsons Land Corporation and Security Land Corporation. • He is an internationally acclaimed furniture design leader known for his modern furniture made from locally-sourced organic materials and produced with innovative hand-made techniques.

• ROYAL PINEDA
• He is known for his modern, monastic and tropical architectural style. His works include The Trees in Bangkok, Grand Napalai in Phuket, the Coper in Kuala Lumpur and Discovery Shores in Boracay.

• BUDJI LAYUG
• He is the First Filipino designer featured in Bloomingdale’s and he has been commissioned to design Walt Disney’s Polynesian Village in Orlando and Four Seasons in Hawaii and Costa Rica.
