Benefits of Owning a Camp John Hay Condotel:
The Manor & The suites shall be operated as Hotels an intial 15 year period. As such, Units included in the lease-back agreement for hotel operations are entitled to special benefits and privileges for a worry-free investment.
Unit owner are given 70% of the net income from Hotel earnings. Profit shares are distributed based on the typed of unit an owner has i.e. Studio, 1-Bedroom of 2-Bedroom Unit. The bigger the unit, the bigger shares an owner would get.
Every year each unit owner is given 30-room night stay of their unit, or in case or unavailability, a similar unit. Tis is non-cumulative and should be consumed within the calendar year.
Payment of monthly and association dues shall be handled by the hotel management for the entire duration of the lease back period.
Private Condominium Units are also available for buyers who would not want their unit operated as hotel rooms. These are Units located at the Ground Floor only.
