Payment Terms & Conditions: 

Reservation Fee: 

Php 5,000.00 (paid upon confirmation, non-refundable and deductible from the venue rate) We accept booking and payment on the understanding that all clients have read, understood and accept the terms of the Contract.

Full payment: 

To be paid 30 days before the event. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Bond Fee : 

Php 1,000.00 to be paid upon full payment; to be refunded 4 working days after the event if no damages are incurred, either intentionally or accidentally, by guests or clients. 

Book with us as early as possible, since the event venue is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of Reservation Fee payment. NO reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment.

SET-UP AND UNLOADING

The free and feasible 2 hour ingress and 1 hour egress schedules and guidelines should be strictly followed, unless the client opts to pay the additional charge for early set-up and/or extended egress. Any hours outside the agreed event schedule will be charged the corresponding overtime.

It is prohibited to attach objects to the ceiling, walls and part of the building without the Management’s permission. 

(!) Drilling holes in, nailing or stapling items to the wall elements, cutting beams, gluing paper or causing any other damage is strictly prohibited.  It is not allowed to use brackets, hooks, double-sided scotch tape and other adhesive tapes. Client/s and/or caterer's are liable for any damage caused to the venue.

HOUSEKEEPING

The Client and/or Caterer is responsible for any damages on the venue during ingress, event proper and egress. Damages such as cuts, rips or tears, as well as major stains will be charged accordingly.  

The caterer must clean the rented space and the preparation area before leaving.

The caterer’s staff must wash and dress up in the rest rooms.

The waiters and other staff members should refrain from wearing sleeveless T-shirts while unloading equipments on the driveway. They must be properly attired at all times.

Upon leaving, the caterer shall bring with him ALL trash accumulated during the event. For this purpose, the caterer should provide his own trash bags.
