Why our price is higher compared to other seller? - We provide affordable but GOOD QUALITY products. We can import other brands which we can sell cheaper than current market prices however we don't want to compromise the quality. Before we import a product we buy a sample and test it ourselves. We tried a cheaper brand but the quality is compromised. Cheap car alam normally consume the battery of your car more. In addition, the remote buttons do not last that long. Also, sensitivity of the alarm is not consistent. Cheap central lock system (normally Black in color) often has low quality wires that get easily cut and has poor quality motor. Our central lock is heavy duty with motor made in Japan and is used in most Casa and normally costs around 1500 in car accessories shops in malls.

We don't want the stress of customers complaining about the quality of our product. We do not want you calling us after a few days of use that your unit does not work anymore. For the reasons stated above, PLEASE DO NOT TEXT US ANYMORE WHY THIS PRODUCT IS EXPENSIVE  COMPARED TO OTHER SELLERS. You always have the freedom to choose from which seller you want to buy.

• Call or text us for your order. Deal is final when both parties agree with it.
• Meet-up outside Las Piñas area is by schedule subject to our availability. If only one customer will be met-up we usually charge a delivery fee depending on the location. Meet-up location is our final discretion unless we have a scheduled delivery in your location. (Please understand that meet-up outside Las Piñas area will cost us more with the profit we make per unit)
• Meet-up means you are sure to buy the product unless the unit is defective upon testing. In the event you are fickle-minded and suddenly change your mind we will charge a minimum of 500 pesos for the meet-up excluding the agreed delivery fee if there is any. (Don't waste both of our time. If you're not sure call us through our landline so we can discuss your concerns or just visit us here in Las Piñas for a free demo.)
• For hassle free transaction we offer shipping through LBC (Please see details below)

Warranty Details:

• 6 months warranty (No receipt, no warranty)
• Warranty applies only for units with NO physical damage.
• Opening the unit voids the warranty. 
• Warranty meet-up is only at Las Piñas area unless we have a meet-up schedule near your place.
• The Buyer will have to shoulder shipping to and from of the items for warranty. This is for items sent through shipping.

• LBC, Cebuana Lhullier (Will charge you for service)
  
• Bank Transfer (Banco De Oro - We recommended this because it's FREE of Charge if your from Metro Manila while Php 50 charge for Provinces)
  
• Credit Card Payment (We will send your bill and payment instructions through email. Additional 150 pesos applies for paying through credit card via a secured payment website)

Shipping Options: 

• LBC - next day delivery (Nationwide) Shipping fee is 200 pesos for a unit (350 Pesos for both Car Alarm and Central Lock Systems). Payment cut-off for next day delivery is before 5pm.
