Description
eBusiness BPO Inc. is seeking Full Time Call Center Agents. We offer permanent workstations, non-changing work schedules, all the traditional benefits, and an ultra-modern office unlike any other.
The CSR: Customer Service Representatives interact with customers on behalf of an organization. Your tasks include providing information about products and services, and respond to customer complaint, take orders and process returns.
- candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- should have good English communication skills
- customer service account experience is an advantage
- should be computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills
