Another House & another & another were built
Until finally it was evaluated for mass housing purposes.
Transferring the technology to the workers was another battle neck.

A mass housing project for Filinvest was accepted & completed.
A Project Engineer lost his job in this site.
Collection system was also innovated.

. ROP Wall may be inserted with the columns and beams before
pouring, thus making the walls, columns, and beams monolithic or acting as a single unit, therefore stronger.

A break in the truss system on every 3rd level minimizes the load transfer on the wall during wind and earthquake. Up to 67% of the load Is absorbed by the wall, thus relieving the columns and beams of stresses.
Spacious
. Additional 2.75” to 4.75” more space on all walls.
. The columns and beams are smaller due to wall load reduction
plus the wall can prop the beam and carry the load instead.
Faster
. In 3 days the wall is tilted with all the jambs, electrical and plumbing fixtures already
installed.
. When erected, the wall is ready to paint and serves as shoring for the beams.
Lighter
. ROP wall system is very strong yet much lighter by 50% thus
making the building safer during earthquake.
ECONOMICAL
. ROP Wall system uses only 50% of the concrete used by CHB walls.
. The jambs, electrical and plumbing are embedded on the wall during casting unlike in
CHB where the wall is chip off to provide electrical and plumbing lines.
. No need for heavy equipment like cranes which makes construction convenient and economical.
