• How do I make sense of the longitude and latitude data this unit provides? Both Google Maps and Google Earth can easily translate the data into usable visual information.
• The unit does not pick up a GSM signal and the SMS functions aren't working, what's wrong? A number of things could cause this to happen: 1) Make sure the SIM card is compatible (only 2G, 2.5G, 2.75G SIM cards work) 2) Make sure there is money left on the SIM card and that it has not expired 3) Make sure there is no PIN code associated with the SIM card 4) Make sure roaming is enabled on your SIM account if you are in a different country
• Can I install the software on multiple computers? No. Each tracker’s IMEI number is unique and can only be used to setup the software on one computer once and ONLY ONCE, which means you can only use the software on that computer exclusively after successfully set it up. This is due to the security requirements of the software and the product.

How soon will I get the item?

Delivery of item from China to Philippines is 3 to 7 days sometimes sooner. We are using UPS as our courier company. The item is dispatched by our supplier from China within 1-2 days and will arrive to the country within 2 days. Customs clearance and delivery to your address will take around 2 days.  Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday, so expect a few days delay over that period of time.

Receiving Your Goods

•Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.

•It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.

•If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.

•If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods (but this is very rare to happen). If this does happen however, we will be willing to pay 50% of the import duty, upon receiving a copy of that bill, via fax or email. We are the only online store that offers this service. We want to be fair with our customers. Our most expensive item ranges near the $400 mark and the duty and tax is still only PHP 359.80. Don’t be fooled by our competitors on here that charge 1000 to 4000 peso more than what we do for the same product, saying it is that more expensive as they pay for the VAT and Import Tax for you, when in reality they are only paying 300 to 400 peso in VAT and Import Tax combined. Please if you don’t believe us go to the Philippine Customs page above and see for yourself just how little VAT and Import Tax really is. We want to be completely open and honest with our customers, this is why we give you this extra information. Worst case scenario is that you may have to pay PHP 150.00 extra for that product as we will meet you in the middle and pay the other PHP 150.00; we can’t be fairer than that. You still save 1000’s by shopping with us!!

Shipping and Handling

•Shipping and delivery cost is free and will be delivered directly to your address anywhere in the Philippines.

•The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.

•If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.

•Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation.

Returns and Refunds

•All our products come with a 12 months warranty.

•This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept.

•If you experience any problem with a product, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you.

•Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.

•All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

•In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement, your shipping costs returning the products to our warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated.

•Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

We strongly advise that you inspect your product before you sign for it when the courier company is delivering your item, to make sure there is no damage ie, scratches, dents as once you have signed for the product from the courier company you are then held responsible for any damage by the courier company. If there is damage, you must tell the courier that you are not accepting it, and then inform us straight away so that we can offer you a replacement, at the cost of the courier company. We pay them a service and have all items insured by them.

The product is priced as cheap as possible so asking for discount will not be entertained. We don’t swap or exchange items.
