What is LoadCentral?

LoadCentral is a centralized distribution/reloading system which allows retailers to sell Globe and Smart electronic load (E-Load) and electronic PINs (E-PIN) of various prepaid card products to customers through a cellphone or webtool.

Who uses LoadCentral?
There is Netopia, the most popular retailer of LoadCentral. If you’re an online gamer, most likely you have already bought a load from LoadCentral through a Netopia branch.

   ●  A static IP address offers the best security for the retailer since  transaction using the web tool can only be done in his shop.  The DSL ISP normally provide this.
   ●  In the absence of a static IP address, the retailer can use the web lock feature of the system.
           » To lock the web access, the retailer types on his registered mobile - Lock<space>Retailer's First Level (FL) or SMS password and send to any LoadCentral Access Number.
           » To unlock it, retailer types - Unlock<space>Retailer's First Level (FL) or SMS password and send to any LoadCentral Access Number.

How to activate your own Sim Card to become a retailer?

Once nareceived mo na 'tong confirmation, unahin palitan ang SL password(webtool) bago ang FL (SMS) passowrd!
Kapad wala nareceived na confirmation wag mag-attempt na mag log in sa webtool at hindi pwedeng gamitin ang SMS password sa webtool ma-lock ang account mo.

   ***Ang WEBTOOL ay isang virtual back office kung saan pwede ka rin mag benta ng e-loads gamit ang internet. Dito nyo rin makikita ang mga product codes and prices. Pati na rin ang automatic sales inventory mo.

Upon a successfull change password, Retailer receives text message like this:

PASSWORD RESET

FL stands for First Level and SL stands for Second Level. FL password is your password for your mobile number registered with LoadCentral and SL password is the password for you to access the webtool.

Possible reasons why any or both of your password(s) has been blocked:

1. You did not change your Webtool password / SL password and your mobile password right away.

2. You have too many invalid login attempts on the webtool.( or someone is trying to access your account wothout your knowledge)

3. You nominated the same password for both FL and SL password.

How to Unloack your account

How to change FL password

CHANGEPW [old 6-digit password] [new 6-digit password]        send to GATEWAY

Upon a successfull change password, Retailer receives text message like this:

As soon as you have unlocked your account, please change your password immediately.

***IMPORTANT NOTE

Tandaan unahing palitan ang SL password(webtool) bago ang FL password (SMS). Kapag nalocked ang SL password(webtool) Gawin ang unlock procedure ONCE. Huwag na diblehin. Intayin mo yung confirmation.Kapg inulit mo lalo kang mahihirapan na ma-inlock ang account mo. Kapag naka lock pa din kahit nag send na kayo sa VANITY number yung 4 digits...try nyo mag-send once sa 11 digit gateway.

 STEP 2: To Replenish your loadwallet

A notice of the fund transfer or deposit must be made by the retailer by sending a text message, instant message, or calling the LoadCentral office so verification can be made prior to loading of the credit. Loading time is between fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours.

 STEP 3: How to Sell E-load

 *SELLING VIA SMS

  Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

Product Code<space>Retailer 6-digit password<space>Mobile no. of buyer, Send to LoadCentral Number.

Retailer and Buyer get a confirmation message from LoadCentral.

Retailer gets a text saying:

You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code) to (Mobile no. of buyer). Your wallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx

NOTE: If delay kindly send again to respective 11 digit access # of LoadCentral. There is no delay or offline on 11 digit it is sure when you send on that gateway #, P1 peso charge but if your unlimited its free.

* P1 charge if you send on the 11 digit gateway access # of LoadCentral.

 *If your Retailer account is SMART send on Smart gateway#.

 *If your Retailer account is GLOBE send on Smart gateway#.
