Outbound Sales Agent to work from home Philippines

Qualification Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as an Outbound Sales Agent and is highly comfortable in contacting top-level management, business owners and decision makers to invite/promote webinars and other marketing events.
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Must have very good command of the English language with the ability to converse effectively in both written and oral.
• With proven record on data quality and accuracy.
• Honest, committed, detail and follow up oriented.

Role Definition:

The Outbound Sales Agent role is one that can be performed remotely (work from home). Activities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Developing and cleansing customer marketing lists for the purpose of outbound calling. 
• Industry content and call scripts will be provided by the company. It is expected the Outbound Sales Agent will take this content and format for use in telephone, email, social media and other forms of communication.
• Performing outbound telephone calls (cold and warm calling) and emails to target prospects for the purpose of invitation to a sales engagement activity or marketing event. 
• Sales engagement activity consist of webinars, online presentations, sales meetings, telephone qualification calls with senior sales growth advisors, social media, web site, share industry information and other content or events to be determined.

The focus for this role is to achieve the following outcomes from outbound calling activity:
• A targeted prospect confirms and attends a webinar (one per company)
• A targeted prospect attends a telephone session with one of our Sales Growth Advisors (one per company)
• A targeted prospect books and attends online meetings with one of our Sales Growth Advisors.

The activities for this role are expected to be performed between 8AM and 4PM EST. There may be times when work will need to be performed outside of these hours.
