EVENT AND MEDIA COORDINATOR FOR IEMAS INFINITY EVENTS MANAGEMENT AND ADVERTISING SERVICES

Responsibilities:

Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;

Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;

Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;

Collating and analyzing media coverage;

Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;

Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;

Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;

Commissioning market research;
Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;

Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.

Your skills:

Excellent writing skills, for expressing a message clearly and persuasively

Confident communication and presentation skills

Creativity and initiative

Good organizational, planning and time-management skills

Ability to work well as part of a team and with all kinds of client

Flexibility and multi-tasking ability

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
