We have started our bazaar with the Pasalubong Fiesta at the ground floor
facing the supermarket fronting BPI Bank which just started for 3 days and now on its
5th year already! The lucky concessionaires made it their permanent store!
(Of course, it's now under CNC admin :)

Unknown to most, Cash & Carry has a broad class A market. This is what we discover
when we had our bazaar there. This is also the reason why the SM Hypermarket which
was built near Cash & Carry did not affect the mall and SM Hypermarket lately realized
CNC has its own solid market. Find out why...visit the mall...you will see how clean,
how organized are the merchandise and the people they have. As an organizer,
it is important for us to observe, study the venue and penetrate the market....
And this is how Cash & Carry is being regarded as a big chunk in the bazaar industry..
Cash & Carry is strategically located at the boundary of Makati and Manila,
catering to the residential and Makati employees and the like. If you work in Makati, you have a car,
your primary concern is parking...
CNC has the most lowest parking fee. So, Makati employees have their car parked for a
whole day, commute and picked it up at night after they had coffee, grocery, meet family & friends
and have dinner at CNC.
This is a great market aside from the Makati residents from condo, villages who look for px goods /
imported items aside from local buys. This is how the magic 13 got their luck. They were just given 3
days to decide to join, I just told them there is nothing to lose if they try and its worth it. They made it.
You too can get this luck! You just have to study the venue, your product and your market....
