We have also developed our own quality control processes to ensure we achieve the best possible results for cross stitch lovers.

How the process works

Step 1: Send your photograph by email -->> magbrokerage@gmail.com along with instructions about the editing and selection. You can pay using any major credit card in the online shop using Paypal, a safe and secure way of making payments or deposit thru UNIONBANK ot thru G-Cash (Globe) or thru BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands).

Step 2 : We then send back to you by email versions of your converted photograph so that you see what your finished pattern will look like and you can choose the best one from the selection.

Step 3 : We then send you the full chart (.pdf) file and colour key ready for printing.
