ALL RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE AND THE LONGER YOU RENT, THE BETTER THE DISCOUNT!

Conditions Payment terms:

We require 20% downpayment as trip confirmation/reservation.
No refund if cancelled within the 72 hours before the agreed rental time.
Full cash payment should be given to the driver before the star t of the trip.
The required downpayment should be deposited to our BPI Bank Account which we will give upon your request. Deposit slip, together with the required documents we requested from you should be emailed to urvan4rent@gmail.com.
We do not issue Official receipts. We can only issue acknowledgement receipts as proof of your payment

Diesel, Toll Fees, Parking Fees, Driver's Meals are not included.
Van will arrive at your pick-up point full tank and should be full tank upon drop-off.
We can give you a separate quote for an all-inclusive rental if needed.

Please let us know for any destination not listed in the rental rates and we will gladly give you quote based on your requirement.
