• If you are looking for a house and lot especially in Cavite area to purchase through PAG-IBIG, I can provide you assistance in visiting the different newly built subdivisions to choose your desired unit and processing your papers to PAG-IBIG offices.
• If you are not yet a member of PAG-IBIG, you can pay the lump sum amount of PhP 2,400 contribution for 2 years as required by PAG-IBIG to be entitled for a housing loan.
• Normally, the processing of papers in PAG-IBIG before you can take out your housing loan will take 3-4 months provided that you have all the requirements they needed for application.  You can immediately use the house and stay there upon take out.
• I am also living now in Cavite and the unit where Im staying was also loaned through PAG-IBIG.
• For information, Cavite areas like Imus and Bacoor is 30 - 45 minute ride from Baclaran Church. Two (2) storey houses (36 sq.meters)  in these area are priced around 450K-750k and mostly loaned in 20-30 years with a monthly payment of 3k-5k per month. The downpayment for processing applications is 5k but this is refundable if you withdrawn from your application. As long as you have all the requirements presented there is a 100% sure that housing loans are approved. 
• Agents like me can help you chose the house and lot and subdivisions that best suited for you.
• Usually, visiting in open house subdivisions are conducted during Sundays.
• If you are not yet familiar with the normal process of applying housing loan through PAG-IBIG, you can ask me questions through text message. 
• My fee as agent and assistance to you in buying a unit is PhP 1,500. This covers the assistance that I will provide to you in chosing the best house for you and the follow up of your papers in PAG-IBIG for approval. We will give you weekly update on the status of your housing loan application.
• Hiring a real estate agent is ideal for working people having no time in attending all these transactions.
