TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

• In the event of cancellation, the following charges shall applied accordingly:

A.)     Three days prior to the event, seventy-five (75%) percent of the total

Bill is forfeited.

B.)     One day prior to the event, the full total bill is forfeited.

• If on the day itself the Event does not push through due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, acts of God, fire and similar circumstances. The Event may be postponed but not cancelled. The Event date must be acceptable by FS.K and must not exceed 1-2 months from the first agreed date. In such cases any price quoted for the first Event date is subject to change. Client also agrees that the Total Amount of the Event must not be lower than that of the first Event date
