Responsibilities:

-       Receiving visitors, answering queries, answering calls and papers works.

-        Setting appointments, faxing, maintaining decorum in lobby, keeping a check on visitors and inform authorities if there is something suspicious, etc.

-       Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.

-       Fill a minor security role by monitoring access to the building by visitors.

Qualifications:

-       Male or Female

-       18-38 years old

-       High School Graduate or College level, Bachelor’s or College graduate of Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and any related courses

-       Computer literate

-       20 full-time positions are available
