"Arrived today, instantly noticed the great smell of this whey protein. Smells far too good to have so little carbs in! It tastes great. I've already had 3 shakes and I've tested it with water, milk and a mix of water and milk.

It seems to work best with the latter as it mixes better. I really have to say though it tastes good even with water which is something you can't say about most proteins.

It's incredibly filling, I would suggest spacing these out over the day by more than 4 hours lol... If you find yourself hungry at night it could also be useful.

Directions:

Shake or mix 2 scoops(72g) of Mutant Whey with 250-500ml of skim milk or water. Adjust the amount of milk or water used up or down, to achieve your desired taste.
