President/CEO

Born precocious, Ervin Nil A. Temporal, a proud and regionalistic native of Davao City stood out from the rest at an early age as he became the youngest radio anchor of DxRP Radyo ng Bayan Dabaw at age 13. True to the expectations of many, he graduated as the Class Valedictorian with 22 awards from the University of the Immaculate Conception at the age of 15.Holding the most crucial positions in 19 civic organizations made him the Most Outstanding Youth of Davao City.

He initially studied in the University of the Philippines in Mindanao aspiring for a degree in Communication Arts. Two semesters transpired and he earned the highest general weighted average in the history of UP Mindanao. This elevated him as the top student of UP Mindanao for that semester. His record has been challenged by hopefuls but to no avail.

To pursue a career in Mass Communication, he decided to transfer to the University of the Philippines in Diliman to take up Communication Research. In spite of being a working student with four jobs while in school, he managed to get four flat ones (1.0) in a semester that resulted in his induction to the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society and Phi Kappa Phi Highest International Honor Society. Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Kappa Phi are exclusive circles of intellectuals; members include majority of senators, congressmen and key officials in government. Due to his exceptional scholastic achievement, he earned a Magna cum Laude standing in his course, BA Communication Research (a quota course offered in the University of the Philippines). He earned the highest GWA among the graduates of the College of Mass Communication making him the Class Valedictorian.

He first became an IELTS reviewer at the age of 18 and responded to God’s call for him to put up his own IELTS Review Center, 9.0 NINER at age 19. After his review center opened in April 2007, 9.0 NINER became the number 5 IELTS agent in the Philippines. More blessings came soon afterwards when 9.0 NINER was hailed by international organizations like British Council and IDP Australia Education Pty Ltd as the top IELTS agent in the entire archipelago in October 2007. As a result of this milestone accomplishment, 9.0 NINER now operates in 30 key cities in the Philippines, serving more than 30,000 clients. Controlling 50% of the market share in Luzon, 9.0 NINER is one of the biggest IELTS agents in Southeast Asia and probably in the world.

At age 23, the multi-awarded 9.0 NINER President and CEO has decided to put up a new corporation to help not just Overseas Filipino Workers but possibly all individuals of legal age, 18years old and up. Hence, ULTIM8 International Club is born to provide for every person’s need especially for those who want to be entrepreneurs.
