CONVERGYS is in need of Technical Support Representatives

and Customer Service Associates in our South NCR sites:

- MDC Tower, Libis QC
- Robinson's Tower, Ortigas
- Glorietta 5
- CVG1 Building, Ayala Center

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- manage customers' accounts
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. FINISHED at least 2 years in College; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Excellent COMMAND of the English language.
3. FLEXIBLE to work on graveyard or day shifts, weekends and holidays with rotating schedules.
4. Have high MOTIVATION to work for a fast-paced and dynamic
work environment.
5. Have strong customer handling skills.
6. Have strong computer navigation and typing skills.
7. I.T., high technical & troubleshooting competency is an advantage.
