Dosage

CMD has BFAD approval #44494. As a dietary supplement, the recommended dosage is 20-40 drops daily. Alternatively, it's 1 drop per 3 kilo of body weight, or as recommended by a Health Professional. Mix with any juice or food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavour, or take straight, followed with a glass of juice or water. 

Personally, I only take about 10 drops daily, and I find this sufficient since I also try to eat a well-balanced diet.
