I would like to inquire about the structure of the second floor. In the picture, it appears the bedroom has a lower floor to ceiling height than the ground floor. Is the second floor being used only as sleeping area? What are the terms of payment? red_knight1968@yahoo.com

I agree with the ad owner, please let's reserve our scathing remarks/comments after we have gotten all the information we need about the place. This is somebody's home, so kaunting respeto lang po. Also, may note below that says "clean title" which one can always verify later if they're really interested to purchase the property.

Thanks redknight for your comment...This property is our first investment (me and my husband)...as much as we want to hold on to it...it's much practical for us to sell it because we are moving to a much bigger place.  I can say that this is a lucky house for us...This has a clean title, you can always check with the Registry of Deeds (Calamba branch)..We want a cash buyer as much as possible...If you are a direct buyer, my last price will be 600thou...thanks again...

By the way. about the second floor...the ceiling and the roof is slanted on the front area only...it is much better if you can see it personally...pictures sometimes don't give fair justice.
