Description

Provide technical expertise to pursue and close sales opportunities as requested by the US SE team. Develop and deliver customer facing drawings, tables and documents as required Provide pricing information as relevant to the requested effort Update broader team on status of deliverables Possess fundamental knowledge of telecommunications networks and design principles (capacity, diversity, redundancy, etc.)

Following sufficient training, possess fundamental knowledge of the technical operation, pricing structure, service levels and key components in designated products:

Wide area networking services such as Private IP, Virtual Private LAN Service, and Internet Unified communications services such as SIP Trunking, BEST, HIPC and Unified Communications as a Service Managed network services such as Managed WAN, Managed LAN and Managed Wireless LAN. Possess fundamental knowledge in WAN and LAN customer premises equipment such as routers & switches from Cisco, Juniper and other major suppliers Perform drawing, documentation and other tasks as requested

Follow and manage a variety of processes needed to achieve approvals and finalize designs

General data analysis, research, personal computer and web search skills Daily phone interaction with U.S. based SE and account teams Daily phone interaction with U.S. based engineering teams
