WHAT DO WE NEED: Bedspacer. Cannot be converted in a Single Room. There are 3 tenants in the Room. Actually room can accomodate 4 tenants, but I only preferred 3. Must be male and less than 28 years of age only. Must be serious in looking of a place.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Apartment with 3 Big Rooms, 2 CR and bathroom. 

WHAT DO WE HAVE: Internet Connection with 2mbps (Globe) and 5mbps(Skybroadband), Wifi Access, Washing Machine, Ref, TV, Gas Stove, Oven Toaster, Double Deck and Single Deck. 

SITUATION: Staying in the apartment is not the usual bedspace where a tenant can only stay in their bed, can eat,review or what. Since tayo-tayo lang yung nakatira sa Apartent, turingan namin dun are like magkakapatid lang where we eat together, watch TV, chatting, sometimes gimik din like birthdays. 

RENTAL FEE: 2500 All-in including Electricity and water bills.

LOCATION: Aliw-iw St.,Morningside Terrace Subdivision, Barangay 602, Sta. Mesa, Manila.

LANDMARK: Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Opposite side of Bagumbayan St., with tricycle lane and Barbeque-han.

TRANSPORTATION ROUTE: Daanan sya ng PASIG-QUIAPO, QUIAPO-PUNTA, BONI-STOP&SHOP. 1 ride going to Mandaluyong, Kalentong, Crossing, Palengke, JRU, RTU, BONI, SM Sta.Mesa, Quiapo, Legarda, VMAPA, PUREZA, UBELT, UE, PUP, NTC, NU,Beda, Sa Sebastian, CEU, Etc.
