Best value for money, predictable monthly expense - Since electricity, water are already included in the payment, you don't have to worry about monthly electric or water bills. Beware of getting trapped into seemingly affordable rooms and getting slapped with a huge electricity and water bill.

2. Do you accept male bedspacers?
Yes. Male bedspace (separate entrance/different floor) available.

3. Do you have rooms for rent?
No.

4. Can I rent the whole room?
Yes. You can pay the rate of all occupants in the room.

5. Do you accept reservations?
Yes. You can pay 1,000 pesos to reserve your slot for up to one week. Reservations are non-refundable, but consumable. We will offset the reservation fee from your initial payment.

6. Can I reserve without visiting your bedspace?
No. Please drop by and see the place first prior to reserving. We believe in the quality of our bedspace. You need to see it first. Beware of scams.

7. Is there receiving area for bedspacer's guests?
Yes. Guests have a receiving area.

8. Do you have a curfew?
No Curfew. Own Key.

9. Do you allow cooking? Laundry?
Yes, we allow cooking and laundry for your convenience.

10. Can I get a discount?
