 Responsibilities:

• Educating the customers about the product/Service.
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
• Categorizing the customer needs and suggesting appropriate packages or solutions.
• Meeting the project targets and deadlines.
• Project a professional company image through customer interaction

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication in verbal and written.
• Should have good selling skills and convincing ability.
• Willingness to do upselling and cross selling.
• Should have basic knowledge of computing.
• Should be target driven and a go-getter.
• Should develop excellent rapport with customers understanding their needs and propose of our service offerings as per their need.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and pleasing personality.
• Willing to work in 24*7 Shifts.
• Must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English
• 6 months to 1year of experience in up selling and cross-selling technical products and services.
• We would prefer folks who would have sold/cross-sold products like Linksys, Netgear, Dell products or for Services like Vonage, Verizon etc.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 200 Full-Time positions available.
