Customer Relationship Specialist Philippines

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist for our Manila office.

Responsibilities:

* Answer to customer inquiries;

* Provide assistance to customers;

* Maintain customer satisfaction;

* Identify sources of issues, trends and help to solve them.

Requirements:

* 1+ years of Internet experience;

* An interest in Gaming and Social Networking;

* Professional level English, additional languages a plus (German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish);

* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

* The office will be located in the Makati/Fort Bonifacio and must be able to commute to our office
