HR and Administration Manager for IT firm in Makati

•         Managing office expenditure including payroll, governmental taxes, pagibig, philhealth and social security payments of the COMPANY and its employees
•         overseeing the recruitment of new staff
•         carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;
•         monitor the work of office personnel. Check if people are  working efficiently or not including checking the time in/out of employees
•         maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
•         writing reports for management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance, or annual review;
•         developing and implementing new Human Resources and Administrative systems/Policies/Procedures
•         ensuring all company regulatory compliance are adhered to

Salary will be commensurate with experience and interview.
